Stage 1 – Brief

  • A one-on-one meeting is arranged to establish the client expectations of the project, the final ‘look’, function, quality and scope

  • This is where we understand exactly what you want to achieve

Stage 2 – Concept Design

  • Establish the design direction of the project

  • Produce an initial design

  • Produce a ‘moodboard’ to determine the style and aesthetics of the design

Stage 3 – Design Development

  • The design is then modified and fine-tuned to meet exact client requirements

  • A Scope of Works is produced

  • Finishes and fittings are selected throughout project together with the client input

Stage 4 – Construction Documentation

  • Detail the design suitable for council, tender and construction, including Bespoke joinery design

  • Finishes and colour palette is shaped

Stage 5 – Tender Process

  • Contractors are selected and the tender package is issued

  • Liaise with contractors throughout tender process including site visits as necessary

  • Contractor is selected

 

Stage 6 – Construction

  • Liaise with contractors throughout the construction period

  • Provide construction detailing as required

  • Produce a defects list and issue to contractor to complete

  • Achieve Occupancy certificate
